Rebecca Loos: Affair Claims, Norway Life, Celebrity SAS

Few names from the early 2000s tabloid era still spark the same mix of curiosity and controversy as Rebecca Loos, who is making headlines again nearly two decades after alleging an affair with David Beckham — this time as a contestant on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. The show’s producers Channel 4 Press (UK broadcaster’s official press office) confirmed her participation, and she has used the platform to address her past directly, emerging as a woman who has moved on, built a quiet life in Norway, and refuses to be defined by allegations she says were never properly heard.

Six facts, one pattern: every verifiable detail about Rebecca Loos points to a life deliberately rebuilt away from the tabloid spotlight.

How long was Rebecca Loos with David Beckham?

Timeline of the alleged affair

• Rebecca Loos worked as a personal assistant for David Beckham from late 2003 during his transfer to Real Madrid (Daily Record).
• She claims the affair began in late 2003 and lasted approximately four months, ending in early 2004 (Daily Record).
• The story broke in 2004 when Loos sold her account to a tabloid newspaper (Royal Television Society).

Rebecca Loos’s own account

• Loos has said she was young and swept up in the moment, but she has always maintained that she told the truth (Daily Record).
• In interviews during 2025, she stated that she regretted how the story was handled and that it overshadowed her entire career (Cosmopolitan UK).

The implication: More than two decades later, the exact timeline remains unconfirmed — but Loos has never wavered on her account.

What is Rebecca Loos doing now?

Life in Norway

• Loos moved to Norway after the media storm and has lived there for over a decade (Daily Record).
• She works as a yoga instructor and spends time hiking, biking, and foraging in the Norwegian countryside (Daily Record).

Public appearances

• Aside from Celebrity SAS, she has largely stayed out of the limelight, granting only occasional interviews (Channel 4 Press).

What this means: Loos has deliberately built a low‑key existence far from the entertainment world she once inhabited.

• Loos said she wanted to test her mental strength and prove to herself that she could handle the intense challenge (Channel 4 Press).
• She described the course as “the toughest thing I’ve ever done” (Channel 4 Press).

Preparation and expectations

• Before the show, she underwent fitness training and mentally prepared for the gruelling tasks (Channel 4 Press).

The catch: Despite her determination, Loos’s fear of heights would ultimately lead to her exit.

Rebecca Loos, speaking to Channel 4 Press
